- Each pet gets a unique email address (e.g. luna-a3f2@pawfile.ai). Share it with your vet clinic — every email sent to it is automatically processed, summarized, and added to your pet's timeline.
- Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted in the United States. We do not sell your data; we only share it with the processors needed to run Pawfile (listed in our Privacy Policy). Export as ZIP anytime, or delete your account in one click.
- The trial asks for a card up front. If you cancel before the 7 days end, you are not charged. If you stay subscribed, Stripe charges automatically and you keep full access. After you cancel, your data stays on your account so you can resume later.
- Yes, from Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). You keep access until the end of the period already paid, your pet records are not deleted, and you can resume whenever you want. Permanently erasing data is a separate “Delete my account” action.
- Pawfile supports dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, horses, and other animals. It works with any vet who can send documents by email — no integration required on their side.
- One household plan: $7/month or $70/year (2 months free), for up to 5 pets. Same history, documents, reminders and 100 AI extractions per month for all of them. 7-day free trial, cancel anytime.
- Set an on-demand spend limit in Settings. Each extra extraction costs $0.20 and is billed on the card already on file, up to the limit you choose (max $20/month). At $0 extra, extraction pauses until the next cycle or until you raise the limit.
